  • Morgan Pugh

    Founder & Managing Director

    Morgan founded Kstruct Ltd in 2020 and has a team of over 20 people to support him in delivering projects. His core focus is to tender works, develop methodologies, putting forward alternative design ideas to better enhance projects and fully support the team in delivering their work.

  • David Pugh

    Operations Director

    Dave’s background experience is civil and structural engineering with major project experience in the UK and USA. Dave joined Kstruct in 2021 as Operations Director providing specialist structural concrete solutions and civil site services throughout South Island. With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry Dave is a key asset to Kstruct in aligning with our future goals.

  • Gerrard Radburnd

    Project Manager

    Gerrard is a highly motivated professional with a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in engineering and project management. He uses his past experiences working on heavy civil and commercial projects to come up with effective solutions to problems and deal with unnecessary risk.

  • Mick Cardilini

    Supervisor

    Mick spent his career in Australia and Pacific Islands doing commercial and civil construction before joining Kstruct in early 2022. From aliasing with suppliers, staff and senior management Mick has the skills and knowledge for improving methods and leading. Micks interest outside of work is getting out for a fish and exploring the outdoors.
